CRC’s Todd Stevens Honors U.S. Navy Petty Officer at Oxnard Chamber Military Appreciation Event

On November 11th, Veterans Day, CRC President & CEO Todd Stevens presented the “Honoring Our Heroes at Home” award to U.S. Navy Petty Officer First Class Stephen Mamman at the Oxnard Chamber’s 23rd Annual Military Appreciation event. CRC was a presenting sponsor of the virtual event and has been a participant for the past five years recognizing current military personnel in the County for their service, community involvement and volunteer efforts. It is also part of CRC’s culture to support Veterans through employee volunteerism and philanthropic contributions.

Raised in Kaduna, Nigeria, Petty Officer First Class Mamman was selected from among more than 10,500 active duty men and women in Ventura County for his service as Quality Assurance Petty Officer. His achievements include leading 27 sailors and 6 civilians in the completion of 80 random inspections and 13 quality assurance audits for 13 work centers in direct support of 1,015 safe flight hours. He achieved the 2019 Blue “E” Ashore Supply Excellence Award and has also volunteered nearly 45 hours of community service with Naval Base Ventura County food share distribution, while developing esprit de corps with the military and his community.US Navy Petty Officer Stephen Mamman

Mr. Stevens said, “I’m proud to be a part of this group having served as an infantry officer in the Army upon graduation from the Military Academy. California Resources Corporation thanks U.S. Navy Petty Officer First Class Stephen Mamman for his service and his community efforts that make him deserving of this award.”
