CRC’s Alana Sotiri Honored for her Professional Work

California Resources Corporation’s (CRC) very own Alana Sotiri, Vice President of People Operations, was recently recognized for her outstanding professional work. Alana won the San Fernando Valley Business Journal’s Human Resources Professional of the Year Award, which honors standout leadership in the field of Human Resources.

As head of CRC’s People Operations, Alana is leading a cultural transformation at the company by championing initiatives around development, collaboration and recognition. She focuses on attracting and retaining top talent, spurring an enterprising culture and cultivating CRC leaders, while ensuring our workforce reflects the strength of California’s diversity.

The award was presented at a recent gathering of leading Finance and HR professionals from around the San Fernando, Conejo, Santa Clarita, Simi and Antelope valleys at the San Fernando Business Journal’s annual Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Awards ceremony in Woodland Hills.
