How the Regional Hispanic Institute is Developing Future Leaders Bridging the Gap Between Academia and Business

How the Regional Hispanic Institute is Developing Future Leaders

In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, we recognize the great organizations that are impacting and enriching our communities, and providing a path to success for our next generation. This week we highlight the Regional Hispanic Institute and its “Lideres” Mentoring Program. Devoted to helping bridge the gap between academia and real-world business experience, the non-profit organization created the mentoring program to develop our future professionals, corporate executives and community leaders.

The program pairs a senior-level student at California State University, Long Beach with a high-ranking officer mentor that will work one-on-one to pass on knowledge and advice that will help the student’s career.
